Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha Natural coffee is grown by smallholder farmers and deliver ripe cherries, typica and indigenous varietals to Kebel Aricha mill for sorting and drying on raised beds. The cherries are turned in the first few days to avoid over fermentation and mold growth. Then the beans are dehulled and transported to be milled and bagged prior to export.
