  1. How much is delivery cost?
    We offer free delivery worldwide on all our coffee beans.


  2. Are the coffee beans freshly roasted?
    Yes, we are a fully licensed coffee roaster based in Hong Kong. We roast 100% of our coffee and sell them directly to our customers. 


  3. What are the shipping methods? Are tracking available ?
    We use Hong Kong Post e-Express shipping method. We will provide a tracking number for every shipment for your easy reference.


  4. How long will shipping take?
    We generally process the order within 24 hours. It may take 7-14 working days for package to reach most destination cities. Custom clearance may take additional time depending on individual country.


  5. Do you ship to my country?
    Hong Kong Post e-Express ships to most major countries and cities. Please refer here for the list of countries. Click here.


  6. Sales tax, custom and duties? 
    Hong Kong is a free trading port city. There is no sale tax or VAT when ordering from CRA Coffee. However, customer is responsible for any local tax, custom and duties in the respective country.


  7. What is your return policy and quality assurance?
    Coffee is a food product. We do not offer a general return policy, and cannot accept return of any open bag products. Quality Assurance - we roast our coffee in our own facility in Hong Kong, and we stand by our coffee 100%. If there is any quality issue, simply contact us at cs@cracoffee.com Our customer service rep will take step to resolve any quality issue.
